Stephan was beyond wonderful. We learned more about Vienna in our tour than I ever thought possible. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and particularly helpful when we realized that we’d missed our train back to where we were staying. He personally escorted us to the metro, helping us with the route and tickets. A five-star experience, No— make that a TEN-star experience!!!
